founded in austin, texas in 2014, salt & bitters owner jeffrey john jungbauer has been in the natural and organic foods and consumer product goods arena for over 15 years. his love for farm-to-table style food and farmers markets has had its influence over his time spent in san francisco, seattle and portland. he worked on an organic farm in california for three seasons, growing and harvesting sustainably grown foods and wines. a locavore at heart, and now back home in austin, jeffrey is offering some of the best hand-harvested sea salts and finishing salts as well as pink himalayan salt blocks in various sizes and rare and exotic bitters from around the globe. chefs, restauranteers, bar owners and foodies unite!
